Ordering a Gift Certificate
Showing that you care about a loved ones safety can often be a more unique and welcomed gift then your typical gift selections. A gift certificate from our company is perfect for almost any occasion! Add a gift certificate to your shopping basket with your recipient's information in the memo field.
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your order has been processed. Depending on the delivery method you choose, your recipient will receive their Gift Certificate either by e-mail or by postal mail on the day you specify.
* Our company will also notify you via e-mail when your Gift Certificate has been sent.
* Gift Certificates sent by postal mail cannot be received the same day
they are ordered
and may take three to seven days to be delivered.
Gift Certificates Denominations
Our company Gift Certificates are available in $10, $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $250, $400, $500 and $750 denominations.
Gift Certificate Payment
Our company accepts Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Debit cards issued by MasterCard or Visa are also accepted. We do not accept CODs, cash, personal/bank checks or money orders.
Sending a Gift Certificate to an Alternate Address
We can send Gift Certificates via postal mail or e-mail to anyone you specify. All we need is a valid mailing address or e-mail address. You may personalize your gift certificate with up to a 100 words of text which you will add to the customer comments section of the order form.
Gift Certificate Expirations
Gift Certificates expire one year from the delivery date unless otherwise noted.
Redeeming a Gift Certificate
Select any items you'd like to purchase and place them in your Shopping Cart. When asked for a method of payment, select the Purchase order option. You will be prompted to specify a purchase order number. Type you unique gift certificate number at this time. Finish the remaining order questions and submit your order. It may be necessary to also include additional payment information if the order is greater than the value of the gift certificate.
Gift Certificate Replacement
All Gift Certificates have a unique tracking number. If the Gift Certificate has not been used, our customer service representatives will be happy to send you another one via e-mail. Please call us toll-free at (800) 595-6930.
Please be aware that:
