within 14 days after we have recieved your return merchandise.
Exchange or return items must reach us unopened with thier packaging in tact.
Please note that all returns without an exchange for reasons other than product defect are subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 30 days, the item will be
evaluated and accepted for exchange or repair due to manufacturer's defects
only. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the
case of manufacturer's defects or freight damage. Return shipping charges are
the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer's
defects.
