Our company insists on outstanding quality, value and service. Within 30 days, we guarantee that you will be satisfied every item we sell or you may return or exchange it. Exchange or return items must reach us unopened with their packaging intact.
- All returns without an exchange for reasons other than product defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- After 30 days, the item will be evaluated and accepted for exchange or repair due to manufacturer's defects only. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer's defects or freight damage.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer's defects. In case of product defect, we will also email you a postage paid return label.
- If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company.
How to return a purchase
1. Obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number by calling (800) 595-6930 or emailing us at email@example.com.
2. Mail your purchase back with the original invoice included with your shipment.

- Be sure that the return form and label or the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outside of your package. Also make sure to include your name, address are displayed as noted in the example above.
- All packages that do not either display a RMA number or a return form and label will be refused and sent back to the sender at the senders expense.
